The mission of PowerLink Ministries is to link large numbers of un-reached children and their families with the love of the heavenly Father, the hope of salvation through Jesus Christ, and the power to live by the Holy Spirit.
PowerLink uses a three-prong approach to accomplish its mission;
- Local Outreach
- Training and Mentoring Young Leaders to minister to children and do evangelism
- Training Overseas.

Local Outreach
Our main focus is local outreach. We become a church for kids and families that may not enter the walls of a church building.
The 4 Things
PowerLink teaches kids the Gospel through four basic principles of faith:
- God Loves Me
- I Have Sinned
- Jesus Died for Me
- I Need to Decide to Live for God

The Pledge
Besides bringing kids the good news of Christ, PowerLink also teaches things like respecting authority, honesty, and being a good friend. Every week the pledge of allegiance is recited, so kids will learn to love and honor their country.

The Bible Story
Bible stories and preaching are mainstays at every PowerLink service, including hiding scripture in their hearts.

The Games
PowerLink would not be complete without all of the crazy games we play. Whether it's a relay race, pie eating contest, or scripture memory game, we always have fun!

Pumped Praise!
At PowerLink we think that when we praise God, it should always be fun! That's why every week we have Pumped Praise! Kids sing, dance, and have a great time learning how to worship.
Visitation
PowerLink strives to reach kids on their own turf, this means in their neighborhoods, as well as their homes. That is why visitation is a very important aspect of the ministry. It also allows us to develop a stronger relationship with some families.
Training Young Leaders
A second prong is to develop young leaders and mentor them to stay involved in evangelism to children. We have always included young people in our outreach efforts. A few of those young people have come up within the ranks of the kids PowerLink ministers to. We hope to give them not just a seasonal experience but also a life attitude so they can make a difference for children in any community they may be a part of. PowerLink will also offer scholarship opportunities for some young leaders who put certain amounts of time in with our outreach efforts.

Training Overseas
The last of the three prongs we have seen develop is training overseas. The call from leaders overseas desiring training in children's ministry has been strong and it is evident the Lord's hand is in it all. We plan on continuing to build relationships and training for leaders in countries like Myanmar , Vietnam , and Bangladesh over the next few years. It is part of our call to reach children and multiply our efforts to get the job done.
